Problem Analysis, Repair and Calibration

• We investigate and analyze your Machine and/or Automation Problem remotely online or on Site at Your Plant.



• Once the Source of the Problem is found, we will repair it, if at all possible.

• Most analog Devices of any System (Proportional- or Servo-Valves, Position-, Pressure- and Temperature Transducers, etc.) should be checked or calibrated in regular timely intervals. We can come to Your Plant on a regular basis and perform these Calibrations for You.

Engineering & Control System Retrofits

• We program and trouble shoot all Siemens®, Rockwell Automation® (A-B) and Automation Direct® Control Systems

• We do Electrical Schematics in EPLAN®.

• For older or obsolete Control Systems we offer a Control System Retrofit. We do all the Engineering up front including BOM, Schematics, PLC & HMI Software, Installation and Commissioning.

Remote (online) Support

We offer a 24/7 Remote Online Support to all of our Customers who allow us to remotely log into the Control Systems of their Machinery. In cases where Online Access is not available, we can still support You via Telephone.
